It is a condition of booking with us that you to take out a suitable policy before you travel and carry the documents with you on holiday. It’s your responsibility to check that the Policy is appropriate for the type of holiday you are taking. It should cover elements such as cancellation, curtailment, injury, illness or repatriation costs during your holiday with us. Walk The Camino is not responsible for any losses or expenses that you incur as a consequence of your failure to take out travel insurance.

Walk The Camino takes your privacy seriously and complies with Data Protection Act 1998. We collect limited data from our clients when they make an initial enquiry. These details are for internal use during the process of preparing your holiday quote and itinerary.
We may request some or all of the following information when you make a booking:-

- Passport Details
- Contact Numbers
- Postal Addresses for Travel Packs
- Dietary Requirements
- Next of Kin Contact Number
- Credit Card Details for Processing Payments
- Medical or Disability information
This information is only for internal use, so that we may provide you with a comprehensive service and back up support during your holiday with us. We do not share your personal information with any third party organisations unless they are directly involved in the arrangements of your holiday, such as hoteliers, guides and transfer operators. We may add your name and email contact to our mailing database unless you have ticked the unsubscribe box on the web enquiry when you made your online enquiry.
You have a statutory right to see any information that we hold about you on file. Please request this by email to firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll respond within 24 hours. The Data Protection Act 1998 gives you the right to access information held about you and we are required to provide you with details of the information we hold about you. The holidays’ prices shown on your website are an accurate guide to the likely price of each tour. All our tours are tailored to suit, therefore the final cost of each itinerary varies according to duration and requested trip elements. Optional costs are clearly stated at the start of the booking process and detailed on your booking invoice. We reserve the right to alter prices, where you have requested a change to your booking as additional costs and administrative charges might apply. There are charges for payment by credit card that are applied to both the deposit and balance payments.
